Why all scientific inventions for battles and war?

Peace remain alive and survive in worse situation. Yes,

As a human being we invented many different kinds of weapons for the destruction of mankind but unfortunately we invented no"special weapon ", for regulating the series of peace and peaceful acts. why?,may be peace is universal truth. Yes for peace destruction we invented many different type of weapons such as from gun to atom bomb. We invented so many kinds of lethal weapons for the destruction of mankind that can destroy the big and large cities in milliseconds, as in the time of wiping of eyes. In war and for war we use fighter jets, helicopter, bomber jet,for destroying human life form sky fields,yes we travel some further the look for blastic and cruse missiles that can travel form one continent to another contents I'm seconds with the speed of sounds and light, yes there are guns that can though fire from long distance,yes these are all for human life destruction but unfortunately there is no such type of precision and accurate " weapons " for stabilizing peace ,with force,with strength, with,with tools and techniques, sorry the" peace warp with/under the cover" of words and sentences and this weak weapon is know as " negotiations ",but what is negotiations and on other sides " power is hit by power", but why peace is not hit by peace of power. Yes in very simple words it means "might is right", while elaborating this simple phrase is,weak person,weak nations, weak societies, weak countries people lives are so cheap lethal weapons can destroy then in second ,is this balance of peace for mankind, no,then why there are only united nation think tink for peace, for negotiations, only for discussing (enjoying) balance of weapons strength, weapons power,yes there is no lethal weapons for " regulating peace", as there are books on the subject of "war studies", but there are lack of" peaceful peace spreading ", powerful and supreme guideline providing weapons, and there who's foundation is " negotiations ", remember negotiations prices only decrease the risk of fighting, but unfortunately scientific inventions can shows power as destructions and cause suffering for mankind.

Every day in the world scientists and researchers are busy in inventing new weapons for killing human being ,but unfortunately there is no able and efficient scientist who try to invent,who try to introduce, who try to sketch,who try to bring ideas,who put forward the challenge, who present the theoretical frameworks for " peace weapons ". Yes we should need a powerful and for peace regulating weapons nor those weapons that can bring destruction, destroy life of children, woman and old people.
